Step 1: Joining the Meeting
You should have received an email from our Demonstration Team with the Details for joining the Online Demonstration Session. We use a Software Tool called GoTo Meeting. The invite will have similar text as below
Your GoTo Meeting Invite will look like this:
1. Please join my meeting, 16 Sep 2016 at 12:00 pm AEST.
2. Use your microphone and speakers (VoIP) – a headset is recommended. Or, call in using your telephone.

Step 2: Click the GoTo Meeting Link.
In the Example above it is the https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/********** the Asterisks will actually be numbers for your invite. If you are early to the meeting you’ll get this window below. Don’t stress the team will be along shortly.
However, if the team are in the Meeting ready to go, you’ll be all set to Choose your Audio Options. The default is using the Microphone and Speakers on your Computer. So check that everything is setup hear. test your sound if you want and hit OK
Step 3: Choose an Audio Option.
To Hear and Chat in the session you can either use your computer speakers and microphone. Just the same as you would if using Skype by choosing Computer Audio option
If on a weak internet connection you might find dialling in on your phone better, so choose the Phone Call option and dial in from your Landline or Mobile. Still keep your browser open for screen sharing, but listen and chat over the phone.
Step 4: After choosing your Audio option, click Continue.
You’ll be taken to a screen like below. If you choose your Computer for your Audio Option, by default, you’ll be muted, Click the Microphone Icon to you right, and start chatting with the team.
